To be admitted to the MEd in Chemistry Education, candidates should have an undergraduate degree with Honours in Chemistry Education with upper second class or equivalent.
For Bachelors degree holders in Science without Education, they should have either one of the following: (i) a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, or (ii) At least 5 years teaching experience in science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
As English is the language of instruction at the University of Rwanda, candidates should demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to undertake a Masters level work.
N.B: Degree obtained outside Rwanda should obtain equivalence in respect to the Rwanda National Qualification Framework.
